– This recording can be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 units.
– You may use this beat for limited non-profit promotional use or demos.
– You have full rights to alter or mix the beat/riddim as required as long as you do not attempt to resell the beat/riddim.
– You must give credit to Jamtown Recordings on all commercial recordings. (Write the name Jamtown Recordings in the track description as the producer of the instrumental)
– Upon purchasing leasing rights, Jamtown Recordings still owns the beat/riddim and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
– You receive the MP3 and WAV master files.
– 3 year lease before licence renewal is required
PREMIUM LICENSE
– This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 20,000 units.
– You may use this beat for unlimited non-profit promotional use or demos.
– You have full rights to alter or mix the beat/riddim as required as long as you do not attempt to resell the beat/riddim.
